Kimber Klein is a Certified Health & Life Coach, Feng Shui Practitioner
“I want you to finally feel at home in your own skin. To love your body whether it’s a size 2 or a size 20. To know that you are worthy, to know that you are here for a reason, to live life fully and revel in your own individuality. To accept and embrace your perfectly imperfect self” – Kimber Klein
Kim has extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, preventive health and Feng Shui. She works with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.Kim’s passion as a Certified Health & Life Coach, Feng Shui Practitioner, and writer, is helping women accept and celebrate their imperfections so they can get on with what’s important; leading healthy and happy lives.
While working as a Feng Shui Practitioner she realized the importance of helping clients with their own personal chi and well as the chi of the environment and felt that her own tools for self-care were lacking. To be able to add that element of personal health and wellness to her consultations, she attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, studying with the likes of Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; and Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University, to name a few.
When clients began coming to her to seek out health and wellness coaching it soon became evident that most of these issues had a root problem, and it wasn’t with food or lack of exercise. At the core, the problems seemed to stem from troubled relationships; first and foremost, the one we have with ourselves. The feelings of “not being good enough” in one area or another was the common denominator. This naturally led to working on personal growth, acceptance, forgiveness, self-esteem, knowing our worth, and worthy of love.
When we “re”view our past, by changing the way we look at it, and becoming the author of our future, healing and transformation can take place. This is done by combining nutrition and mindful eating, working with Feng Shui, adopting a Wabi Sabi mind-set, journaling exercises, visualization techniques, conscious breathing exercises, guided meditation, practicing gratitude, self-love and self-care techniques.
Kim lives in Santa Barbara, California and provides Health and Wellness coaching, Feng Shui consultations, and her signature program, Wabi Sabi Women, which combines all of her training and teachings in a powerful, life-changing, 3-month program. These can be done in person or done virtually by phone or Skype so that these services are available no matter where you live in the world or how demanding your schedule might be.
Kim received her training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.
During Kimber’s training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Her teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
In addition, Kim received training as a Feng Shui Practitioner from the 3-year BTB Masters Training Program in San Francisco where she studied the teachings of Professor Lin Yun under teachers Steven Post, Barry Gordon and Dr. Edgar Sung.
